Head of Presales and Solutions Leadership
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our presales team and drive business growth through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise IT, strong leadership skills, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the presales team to build technical depth, customer empathy, and commercial focus.
- Engage directly with clients to understand needs, challenges, and vision.
- Translate requirements into compelling, tailored solutions.
- Oversee proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concepts.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions are realistic, profitable, and futureproof.
Requirements:
- 12–15 years in enterprise IT (min. 5 years in presales/solution leadership).
- Experience in banking, finance, or multinational enterprises.
- Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven leadership & mentoring skills.
- Excellent engagement skills with C-level executives & technical teams.

AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect
Cybersecurity:
CISSP, CISM, CCSP
Enterprise Architecture:
TOGAF
IT Infrastructure:
