Assistant Manager HR In A Call Center Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager in Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will support HR functions, ensure compliance, and contribute to maintaining a positive work culture within the call center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and communication.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
    • Work with managers to address performance issues and support development.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate programs for employees.
    • Facilitate workshops on HR policies and professional development.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Support employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
    • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
    • Conduct surveys to assess satisfaction and implement improvements.
    • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting inclusivity.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
    • Contribute to organizational planning reports.
