Training Support Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. They will be responsible for assisting trainers in preparing training materials, including slides, manuals, and other teaching resources.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will also need to demonstrate good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with trainers and students.

The Training Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of training activities, working closely with the training team to deliver high-quality training programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting trainers in preparing training materials
  • Arranging and coordinating training courses, including venue selection and equipment preparation
  • Maintaining student rosters and processing registration and attendance records
  • Providing support to trainers during training sessions
