Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and handle correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and other records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Draft, prepare, and edit correspondence on behalf of the Director/CEO, adhering to high standards of grammar, spelling, and formatting.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain computer systems, communication devices, and other office equipment.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
