
Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are looking for a professional with a talent for attracting and engaging top-tier talent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.
Your expertise will be instrumental in building scalable hiring strategies that meet our business needs. You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
This role requires a talent acquisition specialist with 3+ years of experience in high-growth or tech-driven environments. Proficiency in ATS tools and sourcing platforms is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to engage top candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening & Experience: Conduct initial screens and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit and cultural alignment, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and structured interview processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview panels, and align on success criteria, while working closely with Ops to forecast hiring needs and ensure workforce planning stays on track.
- Process Optimization & Reporting: Maintain organized recruitment documentation, analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, and improve time-to-hire.
- Employer Branding: Represent us at career fairs, virtual events, and university programs to strengthen our employer brand and contribute to marketing materials highlighting our culture, mission, and career opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Lever) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
