**Key Responsibilities:**

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
  • This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • You will be responsible for defining business needs and objectives, and developing solutions to meet those needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

- Developing and maintaining business requirements documents (BRDs)

- Collaborating with developers to design and develop software solutions

- Conducting workshops and meetings to elicit requirements from stakeholders

- Analyzing and documenting business processes

- Defining and managing the solution scope to avoid scope creep

- Managing the backlog and performing backlog prioritization and refinement

- Defining Change management procedure

- Ensuring requirements quality on the project

- Facilitating Agile ceremonies according to the chosen development methodology and ensuring their effectiveness

- Defining Business Analysis approaches and processes from scratch and implementing ongoing improvements to the existing ones
