**Senior Human Resources Business Partner Role Overview**The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a strategic role that focuses on aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR topics including talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.**Required Skills and Qualifications**The ideal candidate will possess:• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.• Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.• Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.• Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.• Experience with HR software and tools.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.**Benefits**We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for continuous learning and development.
