This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Operations Manager to make a significant impact on our sales office's success. As the lead Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with order bookers to provide accurate rate information and support their tasks.
  • Lead the procurement team in obtaining parts requested by the bookers, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Design and implement operational strategies to boost productivity, simplify processes, and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by setting high standards and addressing customer concerns promptly.
  • Oversee inventory management, including receipt, organization, and maintenance of accurate stock levels.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on store operations, sales, and performance metrics.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive parts industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and sales tracking.
