HR Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent HR professional to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee attendance records and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
  • Process timely settlements for employees, including final paychecks.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and address any queries they may have.
  • Prepare and submit necessary HR documents as required.
  • Manage employee records, including compensation and benefits information.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
  • Process payroll, bonuses, and other employee benefits in a timely manner.
  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain open lines of communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
