Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the Accounting industry and a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies
  2. Manage Recruitment and Selection Process, including Onboarding New Employees
  3. Oversee Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training Programs
  4. Provide Guidance and Support to Management on HR Policies and Procedures
  5. Maintain Compliance with Relevant Labor Laws and Regulations
Required Skills
  1. Proven Experience as an HR Generalist or Similar Role
  2. Strong Knowledge of HR Functions and Best Practices
  3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  4. Ability to Work Effectively in a Remote Environment
  5. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Relevant Field
