Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Gateway Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat platforms.

Requirements

  • Graduation or above.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a monitoring and evaluation framework.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with web portal management and adeptness in interpreting data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
