In this role as a Monitoring Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting our team's mission to deliver high-quality programs. Your duties will involve collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for enhanced program implementation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Carry out regular site visits to monitor activities and ensure adherence to established protocols.
  2. Gather and analyze data through a variety of methods, including direct observations, interviews, and reviews of project records.
  3. Document any discrepancies or areas requiring attention.
  4. Produce comprehensive reports outlining your findings and proposing strategies for improvement.
  5. Cross-check and validate data to maintain its accuracy and integrity.
  6. Support the development of reports for stakeholders, including donors.
  7. Collaborate with program staff to address any challenges related to monitoring and evaluation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, or Public Health.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, report writing, and fieldwork, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
