Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients and address their challenging issues in the Business and Risk Consulting practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital banking and payments, enterprise transformation, risk management, and data analytics. You will work with some of the largest organizations to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in an ever-changing environment.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable change by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, and identifying new ways to create a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital banking and digital payments
  • Enterprise transformation and process re-engineering/optimisation/automation
  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Operational Risk Management
  • Credit modelling
  • Regulatory compliance, anti-financial crime and compliance risk management
  • Internal controls
  • Data analytics and data-driven techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Expertise in developing presentations
  • Excellent problem-solving, research and analytical abilities
  • Knowledgeable of technologies including advanced/emerging tech
  • Collaborative and strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Banking industry trends, risks, regulations, products and processes knowledge

Education

The ideal candidate will hold:

  • ACA, ACCA
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in related fields

Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience at banks across any of the above-mentioned domains is required.
