As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the liaison between our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for providing assistance to customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services.
  • You will collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
  • You will communicate timely back to customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding the service.
  • You will contribute to customer development roles.
  • You will ensure a positive customer experience ultimately leading to a good quality assurance (QA) score.
Job Specifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of O Levels/Matric or above.
  • Aged 18-45.
  • An excellent command over English, with a good American or Neutral accent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • A customer-centric attitude.
  • Emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
  • A self-motivated, assertive, and responsive individual.
  • A computer with a Core i5 processor and at least 8GB or 16GB of RAM.
