Job Title: Regional Sales Leadership

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to assume a key role in driving sales growth across multiple areas.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills and a deep understanding of local market trends. They will develop innovative strategies to boost sales of insurance products through targeted outreach and relationship development.

We require a strategic thinker who can surpass sales targets and profit margins through creative approaches. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining relationships with key clients and expanding our customer base through networking and proactive engagement.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of one year of sales management experience, preferably in the financial sector. We prioritize leads generated from trusted sources and do not engage in cold calling or door-to-door solicitation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Counsel sales team members on their performance, provide suggestions for improvement, and create sales reports to outline progress and sales volume.
  2. Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to drive growth.
  3. Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  4. Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development and retention.
Requirements
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
