Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving field that requires professionals with expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and AI accuracy. As an AI Analyst, you will focus on ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of AI models by performing tasks such as data quality analysis, model validation, bias mitigation, and post-deployment monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the data used to train and evaluate AI models is accurate, clean, and consistent
  • Evaluating the performance of AI models and identifying areas of improvement
  • Identifying and addressing potential biases in AI models to ensure fairness and accuracy
  • Tracking the performance of deployed AI/ML systems and making adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and reliability

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in AI principles, data science, and relevant technologies. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling them to effectively communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks
  • Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization techniques
  • Understanding of data quality concepts such as completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • Knowledge of AI model validation, bias mitigation, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to perform statistical analyses and interpret results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to AI accuracy
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, and other visualization tools
  • Willingness to learn new data techniques, methods, and tools

A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with BI & AI teams and stakeholders, and leveraging data analyses to improve deflection, efficiency, or customer satisfaction.
