We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of website development and web design services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Upwork Profile Management: Maintain an active and professional Upwork profile, ensuring a high success rate, positive reviews, and strong proposal responses.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the business development team, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high-quality client interactions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine our services and business strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline status, revenue projections, and sales forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager is essential.
- Upwork Expertise: Strong expertise in Upwork bidding, client acquisition, and Upwork profile management.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Leadership: Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Web Development: Familiarity with web development and design services.
