Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Facebook/Instagram Ads
. - Optimize ad budgets to deliver maximum ROI and high-quality real estate leads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including
CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality
. - Run A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create compelling ad assets.
- Use tools such as
Google Tag Manager
,
Facebook Pixel
, and
CRM systems
to track user behavior and lead sources. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate lead generation
, specifically through Google Ads and Facebook Ads. - Strong command over
audience segmentation, geo-targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization
