Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Training and Coaching: Offer ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to your team members, including best practices for sales techniques and follow-ups.
- Conduct Team Meetings: Hold daily team meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and address challenges.
- Utilize Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics to track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Automobile Sales Expertise: Strong expertise in automobile sales methodologies and CRM software.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and customers.
