Job Title: Human Resources Expert

We are seeking an innovative and experienced human resources expert to join our team of professionals from around the world. As a full-time remote position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of human resources policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and documentation
  • Respond to colleagues' queries and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary information
  • Conduct research as requested
  • Provide administrative support to multiple managers/directors and their organizational units
  • Manage assigned resource requests by validating requirements, searching for contractors, and presenting contractors for consideration
  • Onboard selected resources to projects
  • Identify underutilized personnel and determine solutions to balance workload
  • Recommend relevant training to support employee and business goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in human resources and/or the software industry
  • Excellent teamwork, reporting, self-organizational, and general organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mitigate conflict situations and encourage open conversations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to gather and share feedback with others
