Administrative Support:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Services Coordinator.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the human resources department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including performance evaluations and benefits information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the human resources department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • HR Systems: Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support is required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is necessary.
  • Work Schedule: The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (standard business hours).
