Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer support strategies to enhance user experience and retention
- Manage customer support teams to maintain high service levels and key performance indicators
- Analyze customer feedback to implement support solutions and improve response times
- Collaborate with supply chain and product teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer support management and compliance within a global e-commerce business
- Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and Amazon
