We are a growing UK-based accountancy firm providing online accounting and tax filing services to businesses, freelancers, and individuals across the UK. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Representative
to join our team in Islamabad. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment while working with an international client base.

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree (Business, Communication, or English background preferred).
  • Experience:
    Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles are welcome to apply.
  • Language Skills:
    Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools will be a plus
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Personal Attributes:
    Honest, committed, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Location:
    Must be based in Islamabad or willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner.
  • Assist UK clients with questions about accounts and tax services.
  • Keep client records updated in the system.
  • Work closely with the Accounts and Tax teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Share progress updates with clients and follow up when needed.
  • Help schedule meetings and reminders.
  • Support clients during onboarding and guide them with required documents.
  • Manage basic administrative and documentation tasks.
