We are seeking a seasoned business professional to spearhead sales and market expansion initiatives in the Middle Eastern agrochemical sector.
This role requires a deep understanding of commercial dynamics, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and establish new business opportunities in chemical and agrochemical sectors across the Middle East.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Technical Support & Product Training: Provide expert guidance to customers and sales teams on surfactant chemistry and agrochemical applications.
- Competitive Analysis & Business Strategy: Conduct market research, analyze competition, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Work with R&D, marketing, and operations to position Surfactant Chemicals for sustainable business growth.
- Sales Planning & Performance Metrics: Develop sales forecasts, KPIs, and revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in agrochemical sales, technical support, or surfactant chemistry.
- Degree in Chemicals, Agriculture, or related field (Sales & Marketing experience preferred).
- Proven track record in market expansion, business leadership, and strategic planning.
- Strong technical knowledge of agrochemical formulations and application science.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for business engagement.
