Job Opportunity: Service Agreement Specialist

This role focuses on registering Service agreements presented by Manufacturers and managing registration changes requested by clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage compensation for managers, account executives, and salespeople engaged in Service Registration/Activation.
  2. Resolve discrepancies in registrations; coordinate registration summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal external customer groups.
  3. Ensure contractual terms conditions comply with standard or approved business practices.
  4. Proactively manage customer information including additions moves changes up-to-date within the registration asset database.
  5. Retrieve registration confirmations from vendors.
  6. Resolve inconsistency of registration data from vendors/manufacturers side like erroneous serial numbers part numbers purchase dates customer contact etc.
  7. Gather missing information from Sales Rep and internal departments like part number to be registered end user contact info serial numbers reference Order for H/W or warranty etc.
  8. Suggest Sales Reps to generate RMA Return Material for incompatible warranty part numbers being ordered by providing them with compatible warranty part number(s) for the H/W.
  9. Manage compensation for managers and salespeople engaged in Service Renewal.
  10. Resolve discrepancies in contracts; coordinate contract summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal external customer groups.
  11. Coordinate the renewal extension of Expiring Agreements/contracts.
  12. Develop the scope specifications for professional services engagements.
  13. Proactively manage customer information including additions moves changes up-to-date within the contract asset database.
  14. Draft negotiate Service Agreements/contracts with partners clients.
