Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to fill the role of Proposal Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for developing technically compliant and cost-effective proposals specifically for the Middle East Regions. You will also leverage your experience in automation and high-level SCADA systems with a deep understanding of the entirety of the proposal process, including the integration of subcontractors and systems.

  • Developing Proposals: You will be responsible for developing proposals that meet the client's requirements and needs.
  • Leveraging Experience: You will use your experience in automation and high-level SCADA systems to develop proposals that meet the client's needs.
  • Collaborating with Teams: You will work effectively with international teams to drive customer-centric solutions and manage day-to-day departmental matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Proposal Development Experience: 4-6 years of experience in proposal development, industrial automation, power control, or related industry experience.
  • Estimation Background: An estimation background in any Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process control entity.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both written and verbal English.
  • Customer Interaction: Proven experience in customer interaction.
  • Business Writing and Communications Skills: Strong business writing and communications skills.
  • Commercial Awareness: Possess a high level of commercial awareness.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions and guide the team through the decision-making process to achieve business targets.
