We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in industrial automation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers in the industrial automation and digital transformation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting and Client Engagement:
    • Identify and engage potential customers through prospecting activities and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their pain points in OT/IT integration and digital transformation.
  • Understanding Client Needs:
    • Collaborate with clients to propose tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
    • Utilize engineering expertise to provide insightful solutions that address client challenges.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Partner with pre-sales, technical, and engineering teams to create customized technical proposals that showcase our capabilities.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations:
    • Deliver impactful presentations and solution demonstrations that exceed client expectations.
  • CRM and Sales Management:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM systems to track progress.
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while monitoring key performance metrics.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes and address technical queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year in sales or engineering in instrumentation, automation, or related industries (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with industrial automation, instrumentation, or OT/IT systems is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of industrial automation technologies.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented individual.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
