Job Overview:

District Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a district team, implementing project activities, and achieving project targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical inputs to implement project activities and achieve project targets.
  • Develop strong liaison with district departments and coordinate with team members and management.
  • Make monthly progress reports and share with project manager and team members.
  • Share quarterly reports with district government/advisory committee.
  • Plan strengthening of community groups through participatory interactions.
  • Plan and organize training sessions for district level officials.
  • Develop progress & analytical reports, case studies & presentations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of databases and ability to develop analytical reports.
  • Command over computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communications.
  • Understanding of education planning at village/union council/district level.
  • Ability to identify HRD requirements, train team members, and manage them effectively.
  • Ability to develop working relationships with District Govt./Dept. officials.
