At XpertDigi, we're looking for a highly motivated Business Developer to help us drive sales and revenue growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and engage new business opportunities on Upwork and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities on Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience on Upwork and LinkedIn as a Business Developer.
  • Strong understanding of sales and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
