Job Title: Senior Corporate Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Corporate Law Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, particularly in audit firms, and a keen interest in making corporate & secretarial affairs their career path.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all Legal, Corporate Affairs & Company Secretarial works and manage the related departmental work.
  • Overall supervision and processing of Corporate & Secretarial Services including:
    • Formation of companies and other legal entities.
    • Filing of statutory returns.
    • Drafting of agreements, trust deeds, and documents related to corporate compliance.
    • Preparing and filing of minutes of statutory meetings.
    • Responsible for compliance and advisory services covering corporate and secretarial services.
    • Dealing with any other matter related to assigned services.
    • Ensuring compliance with respect to all laws relating to corporate entities, including the foreign exchange manual of the State Bank of Pakistan.

Requirements:

  • Law Graduate (Degree Title)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Law
  • Age: 30 - 45 Years
