Human Resources Role

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of employees, from recruitment to development and retention. The Human Resources Executive will be a key member of the organizational leadership team, driving initiatives that support the company's mission and values.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, as well as a passion for empowering women and promoting leadership development.

Key responsibilities include:

Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will:
