Human Resources Executive at CIRCLE Women Association | Recruitment, Employee Relations, Organizational DevelopmentRole Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and people-oriented HR Coordinatorto support our growing team and strengthen our people-first culture. This role will play a critical part in leading the recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, Performance Evaluation and other functions of HR, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
- Design and oversee training programs to support employee growth and leadership development.
- Conduct training needs analyses and implement learning initiatives that close skills gaps.
- Manage learning platforms, workshops, and external training partnerships.
Organizational Development:
- Drive initiatives to support organizational change, employee engagement, and culture enhancement.
- Lead succession planning, career pathing, and performance management programs.
- Partner on organizational structure design and workforce planning efforts.
Performance Evaluations:
- Design, implement, and manage the performance evaluation process across the organization.
- Train managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation best practices.
- Analyze performance data to identify development needs and support succession planning.
- Continuously refine performance management systems to ensure they align with organizational goals and values.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, ensuring top talent acquisition aligned with organizational needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract A-level candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview structures, and onboarding plans.
HR Strategy and Initiatives:
- Lead HR projects such as policy updates, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices and legal compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategy and report to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 6 - 7 years of experience in a HR role or any same capacity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits Details:
·Salary will be between 160k to 200k based on experience and expertise
·Paid Leaves such as Casual leaves, Annual Leaves, Sick leaves are included
·Annual Performance based increment
·Medical & Life insurance will be given
·If any official or field visit occurred travel and accommodation will be reimbursed
·Any other benefit will be included as per the company policy.
