We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth and achieve targets within their assigned territory.
- Sales Performance: Achieve primary and secondary territory sales targets by town, brand, and SKU-level performance.
- Distribution Management: Develop and maintain effective distribution setups and customer relationships.
- Product Penetration: Ensure excellence in distribution operations to drive product penetration within the trade universe.
- Field Sales Plans: Develop and implement field sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Trade Programs: Communicate and implement trade programs in the market.
- Market Trends: Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular market intelligence to counter competition activities.
About You:
- Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
