Training and Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in the development of our employees.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular training needs analyses to identify areas where our staff require additional training or support.
  2. This may involve collaborating with other departments to develop comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our staff.
  3. As a trainer, the ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and engage audiences.
  4. In addition, they will be responsible for building relationships with external training providers to source high-quality training programs.
  5. The selected candidate will also work closely with our finance department to develop budgets for training initiatives.
  6. Once training sessions have taken place, they will analyze the effectiveness of each program and provide detailed reports to senior management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  1. TNA (Training Needs Analysis) skills are essential, as is the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  2. Good presentation and public speaking skills are also crucial, as is the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
