Business Development Representative Role Overview

Motive is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Enrichment & Quality Assurance team as Business Development Representatives. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our sales pipeline has high-quality, complete data and that our customer outreach meets best-practice standards.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, validating, and enriching account and contact details using AI, internal tools, and external sources.
  • They will also review, verify, and supplement fleet information for accounts.
  • Additionally, they will process high-volume batches of account assignments, adhering to daily/weekly enrichment targets and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Sales Development Representative calls and workflows according to standardized QA rubrics.
  • Complete required QA forms/reports for each audit in a timely manner.
  • Provide constructive feedback to SDRs and team leads to drive ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with data research, customer outreach, sales operations, or quality/process auditing.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM/platforms, spreadsheets, and research tools.
  • Organized, persistent, and able to thrive in a target-driven tech/SaaS environment.
