Sales Management Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales engineers and developing strategies to achieve business targets. The role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC / Plumbing & Fire Fighting Products, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the sales engineer team and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- To develop product marketing channels with retail and project customers, and to identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- To work closely with consultants and contractors to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- To monitor market trends and competitor activity, and to provide feedback to stakeholders.
- To possess a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- To have experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
- To have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- To be able to translate big picture strategies into implementation plans and achieve results.
- To have solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Engineering/Technical procurement with a specialization in marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong background in sales management, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
