Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Accommodation Reservation Agent to manage reservations and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for handling reservations and inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Your duties will include:

  • Reservations Management:
    • Handle incoming reservation requests from guests.
    • Assist guests in selecting suitable accommodations and packages.
    • Ensure accurate entry of reservation data into the booking system.
    • Confirm reservations and provide guests with booking details and confirmations.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide prompt and professional assistance to guests regarding their reservations and queries.
    • Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the guest's stay.
  • Sales Support:
    • Promote additional services and packages to enhance guests' experiences.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue through targeted promotions and discounts.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy rates.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to ensure timely room turnovers.

Key Responsibilities
