Job Title: Automation Test Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in UI testing, web testing, and mobile testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality, performance, and stability of our applications across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Automated Test Scripts: Design and implement robust automated test scripts for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  • Develop and Execute UI Automation Tests: Develop and execute UI automation tests using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Perform End-to-End Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of responsive web applications to validate user interface functionality and user experience.
  • Create and Maintain Automated Test Suites: Create and maintain automated test suites for regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
  • Collaborate with Developers: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Identify and Resolve Bugs: Identify bugs early in the development lifecycle and work closely with the development team for resolution.
  • Maintain Test Environments: Maintain test environments and ensure consistent test coverage across releases.
  • Contribute to CI/CD Efforts: Contribute to continuous integration and continuous testing efforts within the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Document Test Results: Document test results, generate defect reports, and contribute to QA documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in QA Automation: 2–4 years of experience in QA automation with focus on UI, web, and mobile testing.
  • Automation Tools Expertise: Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Mobile Testing Experience: Experience with mobile testing frameworks and emulators/simulators.
  • API Testing Experience: Familiarity with REST API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Version Control and Test Management: Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Analytical, Troubleshooting, and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
