Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PV solutions, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Provide expert technical advice and consultation to clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 2 years experience in the Solar or Renewable industry.
  • Strong understanding of PV solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
