We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PV solutions, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Provide expert technical advice and consultation to clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 2 years experience in the Solar or Renewable industry.
- Strong understanding of PV solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
