Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the solar energy market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, developing new business platforms, and expanding our presence in the solar industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clients and Partnerships: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop customized Solar-PV Solutions.
  • Product Development: Develop standard Solar-PV Solutions for commercial, residential, and corporate sectors.
  • New Business Ventures: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy domain.
  • Vendor Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and new vendors/partners in local and international markets.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project execution, allocate teams, and manage timelines for successful project completion.
  • Pricing and Sales: Establish pricing structures for different solutions and services.
  • Aftersales Management: Manage aftersales activities, including resource allocation for maintenance inquiries.
  • Documentation and Marketing: Develop standard formats for proposals and other documents, as well as create marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Education and Background: A background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with additional management-related courses or degree preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with working methodologies and projects in the renewable energy industry.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite Software and familiarity with Solar-PV System Designing Software.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel out of city for meetings.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with renewable energy product brands (local and international).
