Cloud Billing Expert

As a Cloud Billing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's cloud-based operations. We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement and optimize cloud billing processes that drive efficiency and accuracy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about process improvement and has a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and minimize manual intervention.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline subscriptions, orders, billing, and pricing processes
  • Design and implement cloud billing processes that facilitate automation and customer self-service
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and minimize manual uplift
  • Analyze billing data and generate reports to support decision-making and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify gaps in existing processes
  • Implement and maintain operational processes to drive program success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or IT
  • E-commerce experience, particularly in subscription order processing and SaaS application order processing
  • Experience with Subscription Sales and Management SaaS Platforms or Hosting applications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate professionally and clearly through various channels
  • Ability to manage escalations and provide detailed feedback to leadership
