Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Provide ongoing sales support and training to ensure partner success
- Regularly assess and adjust partner strategies to meet business objectives
- Research and analyze market trends to inform contract negotiations
- Develop and present compelling contract offers to secure agreements
- Negotiate contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Monitor and report on contract performance and results
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the Electrical Appliances industry is a plus
