Key Responsibilities:

Partner Engagement:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  3. Provide ongoing sales support and training to ensure partner success
  4. Regularly assess and adjust partner strategies to meet business objectives
Contract Negotiation:
  1. Research and analyze market trends to inform contract negotiations
  2. Develop and present compelling contract offers to secure agreements
  3. Negotiate contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
  4. Monitor and report on contract performance and results

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the Electrical Appliances industry is a plus
