Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the textile industry. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities in the assigned area, targeting textile, bedding, and bath products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze current trends, and prepare reports on product and area basis to identify untapped market potential.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, generate leads, and conduct sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • B2B Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with B2B buyers, communicate effectively, and coordinate with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Pricing and Quotations: Prepare quotations and product pricing based on established guidelines to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Customer Retention: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, provide exceptional service, and ensure repeat business through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in textiles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain business relationships, and presentable and confident demeanor.
