The role of a Floor Manager at our salon is multifaceted and demanding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their experience.

  • Your main priority will be to serve and satisfy clients by providing them with personalized attention and care.
  • You will also be responsible for booking client appointments, managing stock and inventory, arranging window displays, checking cleanliness and facilities, organizing workshops, supervising staff, and performing cash management duties.
  • These responsibilities require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • You will need to be able to manage stress, clients, and staff in a fast-paced environment and possess good English and Urdu language skills.
  • Bilingualism and cultural awareness are also essential for success in this role.
  • Additionally, relevant education and work experience in the beauty industry are highly desirable.
  • If you have one year of experience in a similar role, it would be considered a plus but not a requirement.
