Job Title: Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Salon Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our salon. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably with salon management experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service standards, while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Provide top-notch customer service to all clients, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
    • Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop strategies to enhance the client experience and build client loyalty.
    • Monitor client wait times and ensure clients feel valued throughout their visit.
  • Staff Management:
    • Oversee staff schedules, manage hiring and day-off requests.
    • Ensure all team members are well-trained and performing efficiently.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Floor Management:
    • Monitor the salon floor, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
    • Address any maintenance needs promptly to keep operations smooth.
  • Inventory Control:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, track inventory levels, and order supplies when needed.
  • Overall Salon Management:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.
    • Monitor overall salon performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Background in administration, with salon management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Appearance: Must be presentable and wear appropriate attire on the premises.
