Salon Manager Position Open

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Female Salon Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably with salon management experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
    • Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management and Training:
    • Oversee staff schedules, manage hiring and day-off requests.
    • Ensure all team members are well-trained and performing efficiently.
  • Floor Maintenance and Operations:
    • Monitor the salon floor, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
    • Address any maintenance needs promptly to keep operations smooth.
  • Inventory Management and Client Satisfaction:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, track inventory levels, and order supplies when needed.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.
    • Monitor overall salon performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Background in administration, with salon management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Appearance: Must be presentable and wear appropriate attire on the premises.
