About the Role

The Services Business Development, Security Solutions Manager, will be responsible for expanding our Security Solutions business in Pakistan and supporting other East Arabia markets (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Afghanistan).

This role requires a deep understanding of the Pakistan market, including payments trends and security opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering solutions, engaging large customers and regulators.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinating with our Services and Core teams. Additionally, they will collaborate with Security Solutions Product Managers to address market needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills. They will also have the ability to influence cross-functional teams and motivate others.

We value candidates who have a growth mindset, adaptability, and a sense of urgency. Experience in international and matrix environments is a plus.
