About the Opportunity

This is a pivotal role for an HR operations specialist who will contribute to the company's people strategy, support day-to-day processes, and help build strong talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, create engaging employee experiences, and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing people plans aligned with the overall people strategy and business goals.
  • Designing and executing recruiting plans to attract top talent and meet staffing needs.
  • Coordinating candidate applications, conducting phone interviews/screenings as needed, referring candidates to hiring managers, and participating in applicant interviews.
  • Nurturing relationships through industry contacts, social media, and employees to develop a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties, and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.
  • Creating recruitment dashboards to track hiring metrics, funnel effectiveness, and time-to-hire trends.
  • Conducting salary benchmarking to support competitive compensation decisions and maintain market alignment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree.
  • At least three years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with empathy and a willingness to resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with modern tools and recent industry trends.
  • Ability to dive into solving problems and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills, insight, and the ability to use results, data, facts, benchmarking, to build convincing business cases.
