Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing efforts.

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lifecycle communications.
  • Utilize email marketing tools to create and automate campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Create engaging email content, design layouts, and ensure visual elements align with brand guidelines.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics for targeted campaigns.
  • Build and maintain email lists using various tools and methods.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to enhance open and click-through rates.
  • Design and implement advanced workflows and nurture sequences to personalize and automate email interactions.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and provide detailed reports on key metrics.
  • Analyze email campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and list management.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
