We are seeking a seasoned leader to assume the role of Customer Services Lead.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who can manage a team of CSOs to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring key performance indicators related to customer service and order management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of CSOs to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and order management
Requirements:
  • Graduation, preferably in business and/or supply chain
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, sales, and controlling
  • Experience in managing a team of 8 CSOs for at least a year
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SAP and OTC/business processes
  • Good understanding of the products/services of relevant business segments
